Troubleshooting
7×7 grid symbols too small
Switch to landscape mode. Or use a tablet — the 7×7 format was designed for larger screens. Pinch-to-zoom works in most browsers for temporary magnification.
WILDICE dice animation stutters
Close background apps. The dice roll renders 3D animation that needs GPU headroom. Budget phones may see simplified dice without the full rotation effect.
Cascade chain freezes mid-sequence
Wait 5 seconds — long chains (10+ cascades) sometimes pause between resolving clusters. If truly frozen, refresh the browser. Your round result is saved server-side, nothing is lost.
DOKI DOKI sound effects missing
iOS: disable silent mode. Android: ensure media volume is up and battery saver is off. The heartbeat sound effect requires active audio permissions.
Wild multiplier display overlapping
Multiple high-multiplier Wilds can overlap their number displays on small screens. Tap a Wild symbol to see its individual multiplier value. Landscape mode reduces overlap.
